Accommodating staff, silent and spotless rooms with very comfortable beds & constant hot water in the bathroom. Marvellous and excellent location, walking distance from Wolnica Square, enjoyed this place. Good area with a lot of bars and restaurants.

My experience was quite disappointing. The lack of air conditioning. I expected a restaurant and room service, but was informed that only breakfast was available, not communicated clearly before my arrival.

The total experience was really great, I would recommend. Every detail of this enchanting property was good. The location was great and brilliant, for example, a fortified hilltop castle was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. I were given a triple room, it was new-fashioned and silent. Very very nice and pleasant staff, suggested places to visit.
The staff - some of them were not polite.

Location, equipment and cleanliness of the hotel were very good, the breakfast was unique
the room was at ground level, small and dark, the yard was frequented by hotel guests longer than midnight (with loud communication due to alcohol). At my request they did not become quieter, but discussed with me. The staff could be a little more friendly

The hotel has a very good location, you can reach all major sights on foot. Around the hotel there are countless pubs and restaurants. In the courtyard there is a small garden where you can retreat from the hustle and bustle of the streets in summer. The rooms were solidly furnished and the beds very comfortable.
The breakfast offer during the first days could have been better, but it got better towards the end. There is no restaurant or beverage bar in the hotel.

They offer spotless, new-fashioned rooms with electronic safe, 3 separate beds, as for instance. There is variety of good food for breakfast.

Perfect for a quick stay!
The location was super central, with loads of cozy spots nearby for food. The bathroom was nice and spacious-definitely a plus. The only hiccup was that the beds were way too soft for my taste. Breakfast had a decent spread but I wasn't a fan of the sausages. Still, it was good overall!

The hotel is situated within easy walking distance for the sights of Krakow, the hotel was clean, the staff friendly spoke good English nothing we asked for wasnt a problem
No Tea/Coffee making facilities, lift was out of order and the beer garden was closed and not in a disrespectful way, but the rooms are basic
